Return Policy

Our return policy allows you to request a return within 15 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at papkalli@kalliepousa.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Please note that returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

It is important to keep the Security Tag intact and attached to the returned item(s). Any item(s) returned without the Security Tag intact will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at papkalli@kalliepousa.com for further assistance.

Shipping Policy

We offer standard shipping at a cost of €18 and express shipping at a cost of €28. Our items are shipped worldwide using UPS or DHL, excluding P.O. Boxes.

For shipments to EU countries, the packages do not contain invoices or any other documents indicating the value of the items. However, for shipments to non-EU countries, the packages are accompanied by invoices indicating the value of the items, as required by customs regulations.

If your parcel or the items inside are damaged, or if there is a missing item as indicated in the delivery note, please retain the packaging for further checks. Any claims regarding damages, missing items, or delivery to the wrong address must be reported to us within 10 days from the order delivery date on the courier website.

In cases where parcels are not successfully delivered due to customer-related reasons (such as incorrect telephone number, incorrect address, absence at the address, non-compliance with import regulations), the parcels may be returned to the sender at the customer's expense. In such cases, shipping costs and any customs charges will be deducted from any possible refund.

Items that are already available in stock will be dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) after order completion. During sales or special promotions, processing times may be longer.
